• Smart Sort: AI-powered tab organization using our backend service or your chosen AI provider
• Manual Sorting: Sort tabs by domain or title
• Multiple AI Providers: Options to use our official backend, Chrome Built-in AI, or Google OAuth authentication
• Revert Function: Ability to undo sorting actions

3. User Accounts and Authentication

When using the Google OAuth option, you authorize the Extension to access Google's AI services on your behalf. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Any costs associated with API usage through your Google account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Extension in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Use the Extension to transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services
• Use the Extension for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

5. Data Collection and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Extension, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or AI-generated results
• The Extension will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMART TAB SORTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Third-Party Services

The Extension integrates with third-party AI services (Google Gemini, Chrome Built-in AI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Extension after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Smart Tab Sorter operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
